Piquepoul Noir is cold pressed upon receipt in the cellar, then clarified by natural sedimentation of the lees, before being placed in new oak barrels for a 2-week fermentation at low temperature.

The color of this wine is that of Piquepoul Noir juice, naturally light in color.
Its aromas of small red fruits and its delicious mouthfeel are those of this beautiful Mediterranean grape variety which is revealed to you in its natural state.
We recommend a serving temperature of around 10°C.
