The Vineyard
Divided equally between the Corbières appellation territory and the Pays d'OC territory, the Fontarèche vineyard benefits from the characteristics of different terroirs which allow a wide variety of grape varieties to be worked.
Alongside big names such as Chardonnay, Viognier, Merlot and Caladoc, traditional Languedoc grape varieties such as Carignan, Syrah, red or white Grenache and Roussane flourish.
Attached to our roots and our history, we have also chosen to restore the nobility of certain old Languedoc grape varieties that are sometimes forgotten, such as Piquepoul Noir and Alicante Bouschet.
This alternation of terroirs and grape varieties allows us to work with a rich range of characterful wines.
