Winemaking

The Syrah and Marselan are destemmed and crushed upon harvest, before traditional alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 28°C for 14 days for the Syrah and 8 days for the Marselan.
Carignan and Grenache Noir are vatted in whole bunches to be vinified by carbonic maceration for around 9 days.

Tasting

The color of this wine is a captivating garnet red.
The intense nose presents aromas of black fruits and sweet spices.
The attack is frank and ample, giving the wine a beautiful gastronomic presence.
The palate is round and fleshy; it presents a beautiful aromatic richness testifying to a respectful vinification. The Syrah as a cornerstone gives this vintage a bright fruit. The tannins discreetly structure the palate and reveal the remarkable signature of the Grenache Noir worked in carbonic maceration. The finish is fresh and gourmet, leaving the door open to a tasting outside of meals.
We recommend a serving temperature of 14-15°C.
