AOP Corbières
Alcohol: 13.5% vol.

Winemaking

The different grape varieties are carefully destemmed and crushed, before alcoholic fermentation at an average temperature of 28°C.
The vatting period lasts around 10 days during which the wine receives daily pumping over and then hot racking at the very end of fermentation.
The draining phase allows the separation of the runs and the presses before malolactic fermentation.

Tasting

The color of this wine is intense, almost black.
The powerful nose evokes both black (blueberry) and red (morello cherry) fruits.
The palate presents a frank and ample attack, and is then dressed in a beautiful richness of black fruits with fresh and elegant tannins. The finish features a delicious blend of fruits and spices that resonates for a long time with freshness and delicacy.
