Viognier – Les Mijanelles

Upon arrival in the cellar, the harvest is destemmed and crushed, before being slowly drained in our stainless steel presses.
Settling is carried out by flotation at 15°C, before starting alcoholic fermentation at 17°C for around 14 days.
Aging in stainless steel vats.

The color of this wine is pale gray gold.
The nose presents notes of lychees, fresh apricots with light hints of white flowers.
The palate is delicate and full, with aromas of white-fleshed fruits, and provides a slightly suave sensation.
A pleasant freshness gives the finish an airy and refreshing character.
We recommend serving at 8-10°C.
